Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in crafting creative, dynamic, and visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate information and key business insights. Additionally, the candidate should be an proficient in leveraging Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and creating complex spreadsheets to support informed decision-making and business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Expert in crafting creative, dynamic and visually compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to effectively communicate complex information and key business insights
  • Skilled in leveraging Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and creating complex spreadsheets to support informed decision-making and business processes.
  • Experienced serving as a virtual assistant, adept at managing administrative tasks, scheduling, and providing support through various digital communication platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related documents and changes.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data to provide insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project planning and management.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex business challenges.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Word to create and format comprehensive business documents, including reports, requirement specifications, and process maps
  • Create data models and reports to support decision-making.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements or automation solutions.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with business initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in crafting effective presentations and utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Word for creating comprehensive business documents.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦200,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
