Our Expert Services practice provides industry and technical insights to win disputes related to contractual, fiduciary, or related obligations and prepares expert analysis to help clients understand, prevent, and manage fraud. We are often brought in on complex court cases to value damages or help establish liability in the context of intellectual property, lost profits, class action/securities fraud, breach of contract, or economic anti-trust disputes. A member of our team will often submit an expert report and provide expert testimony in trial, and you will provide vital support for these efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drafting expert reports
- Interacting extensively with clients to gain insight into their industry
- Helping and promoting to development of theoretical and empirical methodology
- Utilizing literature and bibliography to strengthen economic arguments
- Efficiently conducting empirical analysis
- Supervising the day-to-day running of the project
- Delivering an accurate and high-quality work product
- Participating actively in client meetings and conference calls
- Extensive mentoring and supervising of junior staff
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's or higher degree in economics
- 10-15 years’ experience in competition economics (either from a consultancy, competition authority, or regulator)
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Highly analytical and sound judgment
- Writing skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good project and people management skills
