Responsibilities:
· Welcoming Sixt customers and following Sixt standards.
· Check if the customers have all the required documents present to set up their rental agreement.
· Ensure the security of company assets by qualifying all renters.
· Assist customers with directions and car rental information.
· Follow instructions regarding opening/closing procedures, working out of stations and follow the daily game plan.
· Represent the Sixt Qatar with positive customer experience & educating customers about our products and services.
· Perform other duties as assigned which do not affect the value of the job and as business demands dictate.
· Proudly represent Sixt Qatar with your professional appearance, language, and behavior.
· Play an active role in our environment of teamwork and collaboration to grow our market share and display positive team reputation.
· Work towards the successful achievement of team targets.
· Sale skills with the ability to determine needs. (Cross selling), Ability to solve customers’ problems without hesitation. (Problem resolution).
· Build Brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
· Preferably 2 – 4 years’ experience of car rental or automotive industry.
· Preferably having a valid driving license.
· Good communication skill oral and written in English and preferably Arabic & French
· Ability to use effective sales techniques.
· Preferably transferable visa with NOC.
· Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers.
· Computer skills and good oral and written communication.
· Good personality & presentation skills.
· Previous International car rental would be preferred.
