EVENT MANAGER (H/F) [Luxembourg]


 

On a full time, permanent contract

You will be in charge of the Banquet and Seminar department of the hotel. You will be accompanied by an event coordinator, a banquet sales representative, a banquet maitre d' and three chefs de rang.

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

  • Manages banquet operations
  • Monitors and controls financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection
  • Provides clear and concise communications to everyone having ownership in the success of the event
  • Identifies training opportunities and plans a strategy to accomplish goals
  • Ensures and provides exceptional customer service
  • Participates in and Leading Banquet teams

High school diploma ; 2 years experience in the event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Fluency in French and English, any other language is an advantage.
  • A very good sense of communication and highly developed negotiation skills.
