Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients and ability to generate leads through own contacts/network base.
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and existing property owners to find new opportunities of sales.
- Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-ups to convert them into closure.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, current trends, and market conditions in Dubai
- Be capable to prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis & present the most optimum solution to the customer, as per their needs & budget.
- Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent.
- Ability to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
