RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position provides procurement service to the company in relation with mining infrastructure acquisition and development.
- The procurement specialist works closely with various departments ; negotiates the most cost-effective purchases according to the specifications.
- Manage and enhance procurement policies, procedures and programs
- Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze proposals and determine appropriate elections of suppliers based on the company standards and expectations.
- Negotiate cost effective purchases for all supplies and services, while meeting all users guidelines and quality specifications.
- Review of vendor/contractor history to determine that they are capable of produce the goods and services required.
- Provide accounting staff with required approved documentation, so that procurement of materials and services may be placed, shipped, and paid in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
- Having at least 8 years of experience in EPC {Engineering, Procurement, & Construction} business.
- Candidate should has absolute integrity.
- Having professional English proficiency.
- Willing to relocate to mining site.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Rp40,000,000 - Rp55,000,000 per month
