We are currently on the hunt for a Cafe Manager/Assistant Manager. This is only one role and must be a right fit, as you will be expected to learn fast and will be promoted from Assistant manager to Cafe manager - managing our business in no time.
The Ideal candidate should be someone who has an eye on details, and has strong previous experience in hospitality and a Cafe experience would be preferred. If you can have fun and have a lovely sense of humour would be great! As sometimes in this type of environment would be nice to have:) We treat all our staff equally and are open to personal feelings and feedback. If anything is not quite right, must not be afraid to speak up about it, and report to the owner immediately as we treat any situation individually and not to the person.
